This is not a remote job. You’ll be in the field 60–70 hours a week, building and driving a national street team, forging venue partnerships, and delivering real results market by market.

• Recruit, train, and lead an elite boots‑on‑the‑ground salesforce.
• Master the Sircles app and make your team fluent in every feature.
• Build relationships with small business owners.
• Own the numbers — acquisition, reporting, and scaling what works.
• Hands‑on experience managing the full sales cycle. Many leads will be provided for you, others will require prospecting.
• A field‑first operator who thrives in the action.
• Technically fluent and product savvy.
• Willing to put in the grind to win.

Compensation:
