Sr Inside Sales Specialist

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sr Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

Inside Sales Associate to join our talented

Manufacturing Inside Sales Department to assist our Inside Sales Teamin providing value-added services to our customers.

General Description of Duties:

• Selling and marketing of the below products,
• Commercial & Residential wood flush doors
• MDF router carved and stile & rail doors
• Receive high volume of incoming E-mails and telephone calls
• Maximize margin on sales
• Provide price quotes and quote follow-up
• Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges
• Process and maintain customer orders
• Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders

Experience Preferred:

• Commercial and Residential door frame & hardware product knowledge
• Sales and customer service experience
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented
• Dedicated to the ongoing growth and development of the sales staff
• Committed to building and maintaining a positive, team atmosphere in the department
