• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and locate items in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor readiness through priority fills and merchandising.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspired shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong guest service mindset and attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed while accomplishing multiple tasks.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and move merchandise up to 44 pounds with/without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
