Overview
Full time, hourly position refinishing lot damage for (2) locations, fleet work, some retail. Late-stage apprentice or helper will be considered subject to experience. Position will lead to full time retail position - Hourly plus performance bonus.
Responsibilities- Refinish lot damage at two locations, including fleet work and some retail.
- Advance from a lead to a full-time retail position based on performance and experience.
- Self-sufficient to prep, mask and refinish lot and collision damage.
- Basic color matching.
- Ability to spot refinish with full clear, blend panels, clear coat on undamaged panels.
- Color sand and rub.
