Retail Key Holder, Sacramento-Midtown

Bev Mo! by Gopuff is seeking a Part Time Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services
• Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close
• Assist during high volume periods and support new employees
• Know in-house products to recommend to customers
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and conducting counts
• Process cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills and preparing deposits
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics
• Follow age verification policies
• Ensure prices and quantities are correct and provide receipts
• Process refunds and exchanges
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including bag checks
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards in all areas
• Train new employees on store procedures and customer service

• Over 1 year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or similar fields
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Compensation varies based on location and market rates. For U.S. locations, the starting salary in Sacramento is USD $17.25 per hour.
