Store Cleaning Associate - Early AM

Responsibilities include operation of scrubber and buffer, dust‑mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Maintain floor care and overall store cleanliness, support multiple areas, and uphold health and safety, merchandising, and loss‑prevention standards.

• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintains all floor care cleanliness and maintains scrubber and buffer operation.
• Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store.
• Adheres to health and safety policies and refills essential items.
• Cross‑trained to work in other areas of the store.
• Supports and responds to all front‑end coverage needs.
• Adheres to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Upholds operational and loss‑prevention controls.
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi‑tasking.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
