• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommending, upselling, and reinforcing orders.
• Assist with food assembly and condiments, following Outback standards, and verify accuracy with guests before handoff.
• Support the team throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Comply with safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
• For all California based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (certification may be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date).
