We are looking for a junior Industrial, Flex and Office Space Leasing Agent to join our fast‑growing firm. The Agent will work closely with senior brokers to market and lease a large portfolio of industrial, flex and office properties. He/She will represent ECP, engage outside brokers, and meet potential tenants, always upholding the highest professional standards.

• Assist senior brokers with marketing, property tours and lease negotiations.
• Prepare lease proposals, agreements, addendums and amendments.
• Ensure that all properties are market‑ready and in good condition.
• Collaborate with EC Property Management on maintenance and tenant issues.
• Collaborate with EC Construction to deliver timely budgeting, build‑out and turnover.
• Meet with tenants and third‑party brokers to tour properties, and follow up promptly.
• Attend industry functions and represent ECP in a professional manner.

• Training or qualification in real estate is desired.
• State licensure.
• Firm grasp of best practices within the industry.
• Self‑motivated, honest and collaborative.
• Deep knowledge of property law, specifications, legal guidelines, procedures and policy.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Financial and legal acumen.

• 1‑3 years in a similar leasing role.
