Position: Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Outpatient Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine

Pulmonary Medicine Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine team in our Roseville clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality respiratory and sleep care. This is a full‑time, exempt position Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Under the general supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough.
  • Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia.
  • Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherence.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board‑certified pulmonologists.
  • Provide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene.
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists.
  • Participate in quality improvement and evidence‑based practice initiatives.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active state license and national board certification.
  • DEA registration (or eligibility).
  • ACLS required.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
