A top-performing hospital in Northern California within driving distance of Sacramento, is seeking a nurse leader to join its perioperative team in a dual-site Assistant Nurse Manager role. If you’re looking to take on surgical leadership in a collaborative, high-volume environment, this role offers clear advancement potential and meaningful impact.

Position Highlights:

• Up to $270K base salary plus up to 7.5% bonus

• Weekday schedule across two surgical campuses

• Structured team and collaborative environment

• Administrative call only once every 8 weeks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• California RN license + BSN (required)

• At least two years of OR leadership experience

• CNOR and/or MSN/MHA preferred

• Experience in union environments helpful
