Job Overview

Shriners Children’s is looking for a full‑time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Shriners Children’s Northern California. This provider will primarily support the Neuromuscular service while also providing care across the General Orthopedic service. The role is currently 100% outpatient, with plans to incorporate a structured inpatient orthopedic rotation in the future. This position collaborates closely with orthopedic surgeons and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Standard clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with earlier start times during onboarding to accommodate lectures, conferences, and training activities. There are no nights, holidays, weekend or call expectations associated with this role.

The pay range for this position is $163,000–$230,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on years of advanced practice experience and departmental equity.
