Position OverviewThe Learning & Development Specialist supports the growth and capacity‑building of volunteers, project teams, and program participants across WOCOTM. They design training, coordinate onboarding, facilitate learning sessions, and help improve organizational performance through continuous skill development.
The specialist ensures that every volunteer understands their role, feels supported, and is equipped with the knowledge to deliver impact especially in global programs such as Maternal & Child Health, HR, Fundraising, Project Management, and Community Engagement.
