Entry Level Event Assistant

Overview

We are an established event fundraising organization that partners with nonprofit groups to support community-focused events and fundraising initiatives. Our work centers on helping organizations increase awareness and engagement while providing structured training opportunities for entry-level professionals.

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising and community events
• Engage with event attendees to share nonprofit missions and encourage donations
• Support event logistics, including materials, displays, and coordination
• Help distribute promotional and fundraising materials
• Collect donor feedback and assist with basic event reporting
• Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly
• Represent nonprofit partners in a positive and professional manner

• No prior experience required — paid training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to learn
