Senior Associate Field Marketing – KPMG US
Join KPMG’s Clients & Markets team as a Senior Associate, Field Marketing. This role supports the firm’s brand strategy by activating and managing marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives that increase brand visibility and improve brand perception within local markets.
Responsibilities- Work with Hub Leadership and the Marketing Director to develop and activate firm‑wide assets, marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives that support brand strategy.
- Drive social/digital activation for local leaders and support distribution of thought‑leadership content.
- Use data to develop insights that deepen client‑buyer and alumni relationships.
- Support execution of experiential plans, events and programs to cultivate relationships focused on Markets/MAP Portfolio.
- Identify and activate national (functional/industry) campaigns and content to drive demand and pipeline opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement data to optimize results.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent experience in business development and client relationship management in professional services or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- Digital marketing and/or sales enablement execution skills.
- Mar Tech experience using CRM, content management, and marketing automation platforms; data and analytical skills with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to embrace and navigate change during periods of growth.
- Strong business writing skills and experience developing marketing content.
- Demonstrated project management and client‑service experience coordinating multiple projects with senior leaders.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship.
