About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Marketing and Proposal Specialist to support our collaborative corporate marketing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting proposal development, marketing initiatives, and strategic communication across our offices in North America.

As a key member of our team, you’ll help lead the end-to-end development of winning proposals and contribute to internal and external marketing efforts. Your work will support NHC’s visibility, business development, and brand growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor bid opportunities and manage proposal planning and coordination (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs)
- Execute NHC’s 8-step proposal process and ensure timely, compliant submissions
- Design and produce high-quality proposal materials using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Maintain and update CRM opportunity records, resumes, and project descriptions
- Collaborate on interview presentations and debriefs to support continuous improvement
- Create marketing collateral, brochures, award submissions, and internal/external videos
- Contribute to NHC’s digital presence, including website and intranet content
- Support social media planning and content development
- Coordinate business development events and conference materials
- Facilitate and drive NHC’s key account management
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of relevant proposal and marketing experience, preferably in engineering, environmental, architecture, or construction industries
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 (starting salary will depend on knowledge, skills, and experience, full-time).
