Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
- 5 + years in a related technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer)
- Demonstrated experience communicating with B2B customers/ experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Must reside in the US. Preferential consideration will be given to applicants that reside in Northern California as the bulk of the accounts are in Northern California/Pacific Northwest. 50% travel to be expected.
Preferred qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
- Must be both sales and technically savvy, but with strong customer facing skills pertaining to driving new & innovative solutions and facilitating problem resolution when required
- Experience with in the Retail vertical
- Experience translating customer problems and goals into detailed technical solutions
