• Technical Support: Assist with composite manufacturing processes, including layup, infusion, and filament winding. Provide technical support for production operations. Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment. Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of components during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and equipment. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Process Improvement: Provide feedback on manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required.
