As a member of the Aircraft Assembly team, you will assemble and/or fit together parts to form subassemblies and/or complete units, ensuring zero defects and right‑the‑first‑time quality.

• Perform a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow FOD and ESD practices and interpret manufacturing orders.
• Operate shop tools including torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and hand tools.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain 5S standards, safety, and QMS procedures.
• Provide assistance during aircraft test procedures.
• Perform basic to advanced electrical assembly tasks including soldering, crimping, splicing, and harness fabrication.

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and computer skills.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on assembly experience (electromechanical for higher levels).
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision hand tools and welding tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Hourly rate $24.00 – $33.00.
