Position: Quality, Risk, & Compliance Manager
The Quality and Compliance Lead develops and implements comprehensive quality assurance and compliance programs for JLL's integrated facilities management service delivery to an aerospace and defense clientestablishes standards, conducts audits, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements across all service lines and regions. The position serves as the guardian of service excellence, ensuring consistent quality while mitigating compliance risks throughout the global portfolio.

** Your day-to-day tasks will include:
** Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, service level agreements, and regulatory obligations

* Required Qualifications:

** 6-8 years' experience in quality management, compliance or operational excellence Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to facilities management and workplace services  

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)  Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions

* Preferred Qualifications:

** 8+ years experience developing and implementing quality management systems and compliance programs Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate or professional services industry Experience implementing global quality programs across multiple regions  Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to facility management (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
