Job Title: Senior Project Manager – K-12 Construction
OverviewThe Senior Project Manager leads ground-up K-12 public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with school districts and public stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality educational facilities.
Responsibilities- Manage K-12 public works projects end-to-end
- Lead project teams, including PMs, engineers, and superintendents
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and change management
- Coordinate with school districts, designers, municipalities, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with public-sector requirements
- Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Experience delivering ground-up K-12 public works projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
