Job Overview:

Salary: $140K-$155K

First Service Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The salary information is commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Community Management Council.
  • Assist other management team members in the recruiting, hiring, and separation of personnel.
  • With direct reports, including General Managers, Regional Directors as applicable, and the Executive Vice President of Community Management, strategize account assignments within area of responsibility and assume responsibility for implementation and transition support.
  • Manage budget and approve expenditures for area of responsibility. Provide year-end input to the corporate budget for items within area of responsibility.
  • Review and approve payroll for area of responsibility and timely submit to payroll department for processing.
  • Participate in at least one outside committee (i.e.: CAI, CACM, BIA, HBC, Chamber, Rotary, United Way, etc.).
  • Attend designated company meetings and events, supervisor meetings, area of responsibility team meetings, and other promulgated meetings.
  • Work with the Executive Vice President and colleagues on strategies to implement new company procedures and policy changes.
  • Lead in coordinating best practices, innovation, and implementation of business practices in the management of dual governance model corporations.
  • Participate in Business Development activities including local trade shows, CAI events, and vendor opportunities for networking and new business solicitation.
  • Drive sales efforts to gain new business, including supporting and/or delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on regional marketing plans to enhance brand and drive sales opportunities.
  • Drive performance targets for sales goals for each region.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Vice President of Community Management

Role Overview

The Vice President of Community Management is a believer and active supporter of First Service Residential's philosophies and culture toward staff, clients, and the community. Responsibilities include client retention, employee retention, and advancing First Service Residential’s client services, image, visibility, reputation, diversification, professionalism, and technology. Lead and guide the community management division for current productivity and future opportunities, sharing awareness of external and internal factors, best practices, resources, and future forethought, while listening to associates to incorporate their ideas.

Salary: $140K-$155K
