Capio Group is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager! Full-time employee - Remote. Salary: $135,000 - $150,000.

Scopeof Work
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to be part of a team to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services, consultation, and support for a client Case Management project. The OCM services will help facilitate the successful implementation of the new case management system to support the business operations. The Project will require engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including client staff, other entities, and external providers depending on the needs.
The change management services will include a roadmap for managing change.

- Change Management Implementation and Delivery:
Work collaboratively with the client Project Team to implement the components of the change initiative. - Change Management Evaluation and Closure.
- Documentation:
All OCM documentation, templates, forms, etc. must be flexible and reusable by the client for future projects. Documentation must include, but is not limited to, policies and standards. Adhere to administrative processes supporting action items, issue tracking, risk management, version control, and tracking document changes. - Change Management Planning and Assessment:
Document project goals, conduct an assessment of the current state, perform a gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be), develop a plan to bridge the gap, and develop a methodology and measures to evaluate progress and effectiveness. - OCM Project
Schedule:
Develop and deliver an overall project schedule addressing all OCM activities, tasks, and deliverables. - Change Initiative Gap Analysis:
Develop and deliver a Change Gap Analysis document including baseline assessment of the program state, readiness for change, desired state, and recommended actions. - Change Initiative Assessment:
Develop and deliver a methodology and measures to monitor progress and effectiveness. - Change Management Plan:
Develop and deliver a Change Management Action/Communication Plan with actions, milestones, timelines, and success criteria. - Change Management Tasks:
Establish branding and core messaging; develop and implement a rollout strategy for stakeholders; address stakeholder questions and concerns; select tools and methods for ongoing communication to client managers, staff, and stakeholders. - Change Management Kick-Off Meetings:
Facilitate kickoff meetings with the client Project Team and stakeholders. - Change Management Communication:
Develop and execute plans to provide regular updates on status and progress to client managers and staff and stakeholders. - Initiative Check-In Meetings:
Convene regular check-ins with the client Project Manager and other managers/staff as needed, no less than monthly. - Stakeholder Status Updates and Feedback Meetings:
Convene regular meetings to review project status, milestones, and feedback on needs and concerns, as needed but no less than quarterly. - Change Management Initiative Success:
Use metrics to measure success and lead corrective actions if needed. - Change Management Evaluation Meeting:
Convene meetings to discuss accomplishments and lessons learned; document and provide a Change Management Closure Report to the client. - Change Management Closure Report:
Develop and deliver a report with performance metrics, overall evaluation, and recommendations for future similar efforts. Include initiative successes, challenges, stakeholder feedback, and recommendations for continued change management. - Change Management Closure Meeting:
