The Sr Manager Sales Operations is a senior‑level manager that leads sales operations activities to optimize sales performance and drive business growth. This role will work closely with Sales leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to develop and implement strategies, processes, and systems to support the Sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of sales operations processes.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver regular sales performance reports and dashboards to Sales leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales training programs and initiatives to ensure Sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
  • Frequently interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 8–10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 3–5 years of management experience.

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
