Overview

Terracina at Wildhawk is a brand new 145 unit family community in Sacramento, CA. USA Multifamily Management, Inc. manages residential multifamily communities across California and Nevada, focusing on Tax Credit;
Section 42 properties (LIHTC). USA Multifamily Management is a subsidiary of USA Properties Fund, Inc., a private real estate investment and development organization.

We are seeking a Community Manager who will report to the Regional Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. The anticipated salary is based on experience, starting at $33-$34 per hour.

• Community Manager is accountable for property operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff, activities, and resources to accomplish property objectives
• Manage portfolio to maximize occupancy levels and property values

• At least two (2) years of experience in on-site property management, with Tax Credit knowledge
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager

• Experience managing on-site staff and resources
• Successful track record of meeting property goals
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Licenses & Certifications as applicable
