Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
• Conducting thorough legal research to support case proceedings and provide strategic advice.
• Representing clients in court, at hearings, trials, depositions, and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies.
• Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when managing sensitive information.
• Staying updated with current laws and regulations within your field of specialization.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• 1 to 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
