Salary $135,000 - $180,000 per year

I am representing a distinguished law firm specializing in education law, with a strong commitment to serving public school districts, community colleges, and other educational institutions in California.

This firm is renowned for its expertise in a wide range of legal areas including labor and employment, facilities and construction, governance, litigation, and special education.

The firm s dedicated Attorneys provide comprehensive legal services, ensuring that educational organizations navigate complex legal landscapes effectively. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing educational entities, we offer strategic advice and practical solutions tailored to our clients  needs.

• 3 Years of Litigation Attorney experience within Business, Property, and/or Construction
• Public procurement/contract negotiation experience for construction-related contracts desired
• Property law experience, including drafting & negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other property acquisition processes
• Dispute resolution experience, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred, but not required
• Admission to the California State Bar.
