Young, Minney & Corr, LLP (YM&C) is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney preferably with public sector labor relations experience.

YM&C is one of California’s premier education law firms. From our offices in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, North Hollywood, and San Diego
, we serve private/independent schools and public charter schools statewide—often on cutting-edge, first-impression issues that shape the educational landscape for students, parents, and educators.

• Serve as trusted counsel to school leaders and boards on labor and employment
  and related matters such as governance, policy, and risk management
• Advice on employment law (hiring/termination, investigations, wage/hour, accommodations)
• Draft and negotiate contracts, handbooks, policies
  , and MOUs
• Provide training on best practices, compliance, and policy matters
• Partner with a collaborative team that values practical solutions and outstanding client service

• 3-5+ years advising/representing employers in employment and labor matters in California
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Pay Transparency (CA): Salary range: $165K-220K/year (depending on experience) plus bonuses.

Based in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, North Hollywood, or San Diego with hybrid flexibility
