Well established and highly funded law firm seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, representing clients in litigation and administrative proceedings, and providing strategic, practical counsel on compliance and risk management.

• 5–12 years of litigation experience, with labor and employment law experience preferred
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and drive projects through to completion
• Interest in mentoring, training, and developing junior attorneys
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in building and maintaining client relationships
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
