Associate Attorney

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters alongside experienced partners and colleagues. The associate will play an active role in case strategy, client service, and the day-to-day handling of matters from inception through resolution.

• Handle litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, court appearances, and administrative law hearings
• Support and collaborate across multiple practice areas as client needs require
• Work closely with partners and team members to develop effective legal strategies
• Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload, including primary client communication while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar and Federal Court
• 4–7 years of legal experience; litigation experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated legal research, writing, and analytical skills
