About This RoleUnder the general supervision of the Chief Administrative Law Judge, Appeals Division, and under direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Legal Analyst provides paralegal support for the Appeals Division. The Legal Analyst works as an assistant to administrative law judges; handles paralegal duties which are analytical in nature.

Work Arrangements- This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week. Beginning July 1, 2025, all employees will be required to work in-person at least four days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25.
- The office is located at 1810 16th Street, Sacramento
- Effective June 30, 2025 CalHR will remain at 2 days per week in office. This is subject to change based on operational needs.

$6,146.00 - $7,698.00 per month
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
