Insurance Defense Attorney

Contract Litigation Attorney

• Location: Sacramento, CA 95826 (Hybrid - must be available for in‑office work as needed)
• Duration: Ongoing, potentially 6+ months with the possibility of direct hire (Concurrent employment not permitted)
• Hours: 40‑hour workweeks

• Active California bar licensed in good standing
• 1+ year of experience in insurance defense and/or other defense‑side litigation attorney experience

• Drafting discovery, preparing expert disclosures, and covering simple depositions.
• Legal research, briefing, procedure, and advocacy.
• This position would potentially involve supporting a partner in trying cases in front of a jury, when possible.
