This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Attorney at Mac Donald Ebbing & Lloyd, LLP. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal analysis to clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and representing clients in various labor and employment law matters. The role also involves strategizing legal approaches, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes will be a key focus.

• At least 5 years of Workers Compensation legal defense experience
• Proven ability to provide sound legal advocacy and develop strategic legal solutions
• Strong research skills to analyze legal documents, precedents, and case laws effectively
• Proficiency in negotiation to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Current license to practice law and in good standing with the relevant bar association
• California Legal Specialization in Workers’ Compensation Law preferred
