Flexible hybrid 3/2 work model. No remote arrangement offered.

Our client, a respected California-based regional law practice with a growing office invites Associate Attorney candidates with 2+ years of PUBLIC LAW experience to represent public agencies in the firm’s high respected Public Law Department.

Significant expertise in handling Land Use and CEQA matters and the ability to take the lead on complex land use projects is highly preferred.
Real Estate and other transactional expertise also will be considered favorably.

A successful candidate is expected to advise City Councils, Planning Commissions, or other governing boards at public meetings. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence.

JD degree required. Active and in good standing with the CA State Bar.

Salary range $145,100 to $195,000 (class year) plus comprehensive benefits package, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, annual reviews/bonuses, etc.
