Responsibilities
- Work daily with clients, providing guidance and representation regarding business litigation.
- Prepare pleadings and written discovery documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Represent clients in evidentiary hearings and law and motion proceedings.
- Review and interpret contracts.
- Research and advise clients about a variety of legal issues.
- Conduct legal research.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in business litigation.
- Exceptional research and writing skills, with a strong academic background.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, including contracts.
- Ability to work effectively with people, exercise sound judgment, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Interest in business litigation.
- Ability to multi-task, creatively problem-solve, and bring projects to completion.
- Ambition to advance.
