A well-established law firm in California focusing on management-side employment law is currently seeking an experienced Senior Counsel – Employment Defense to join their California team.
Qualifications- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 8+ years of employment law experience
- Extensive experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters
- Ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution with minimal supervision
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience appearing in California state and federal courts
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $300,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
