Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected Sacramento firm seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join its defense team on a contract-to-hire basis. The role involves handling wage-and-hour class actions, and PAGA matters, while working directly with clients on strategy.
Responsibilities- Defending employers in employment litigation, class actions, and PAGA cases
- Develop case strategy and maintain strong client communication
- Handle drafting and motion practice
- 3+ years of litigation experience; employment law strongly preferred
- Experience with wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA
- Active California Bar and JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
