You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals committed to delivering on our founding core values:

• Determine viability of potential cases.
• Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
• Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends.
• Travel to location to speak with and sign clients.
• Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process.

• At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close.
• Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
• Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment.
• Ability to commute to our DTLA office at least 3 days per week.

• $130,000 - $250,000 based on experience, plus performance-based incentives
