Premises Liability Litigation Attorney
Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Sacramento, CA office. The role involves handling a heavy and complex case load from pre‑litigation through trial, including slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bite/animal attack, and other incidents.
Compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed and uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Each litigator has dedicated support staff (paralegal and legal assistant).
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day handling of both pre‑litigation and litigation cases
- Drafting and filing litigation documents: pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Law degree (J.D./JD/Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association (CA required)
- Minimum 5+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 USD
Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
