Job SummaryF3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a lateral Student Services and Special Education attorney in our Sacramento office who would like to build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in the individualized education program process.
- Present workshops on education law and compliance.
- Review and revise policies and procedures for school districts.
- Respond to state and federal compliance complaints.
- Participate in administrative due process hearings outside of traditional litigation.
- At least three (3) years of practice experience.
- Member of the State Bar of California.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Thoughtful attorney capable of building client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.
