The Emerging Talent INVEST Program (ETIP) – Guardian Pathway is a 9-month paid, fully remote, entry-level immersive learning experience, designed for recent college graduates to gain real-world exposure, personalized coaching and mentorship and a clear, long-term career path in one of U.S. best industries.

Gallagher Bassett’s ETIP is a transformative journey designed to cultivate the next generation of professionals in the risk management and insurance industry. This program, which stands for Industry Navigation, Values, Education, Skills, and Training, offers a unique blend of advanced education, hands-on experience, and guided mentorship. Participants will navigate the complexities of claims and risk management, uphold strong values of service excellence and professionalism, and gain foundational knowledge in commercial insurance principles.

With structured training modules and real-business exposure, the INVEST program is more than just a job—it s a launching pad for a dynamic and meaningful career in risk management and insurance industry.

As part of the INVEST Program — which stands for Industry Navigation, Values, Education, Skills, and Training — colleagues will:

• Navigate the intricacies of the claims and risk management industry through advanced education, self-study, hands-on experience and guided mentorship.
• Uphold the Gallagher Way--the shared values which are the rock foundation of the company and our culture.
• Gain foundational Education in commercial insurance principles, workers’ compensation claims management best practices, client service excellence, regulatory compliance, medical practices, litigation management, subrogation and settlement negotiations
• Develop and refine key Skills in communication, business, management, conflict resolution, negotiation, investigation, documentation excellence, cross-functional communication, and analysis.
• Complete structured Training designed to prepare program participants for a long-term career in a growing organization focused on serving largest global employers

Over the course of this 9-month program you will be partnered with a team of peers and experienced Training Specialists that will create a supportive learning environment designed to position you for successful program completion. You will alternate between self-study modules, virtual classroom-style learning, guided training modules, and hands-on application of the knowledge gained. Over the program, you will progressively increase your hands-on experience to immerse yourself into the world of claims management and client service excellence under the mentorship of the program mentors and training leaders.
