Business Analyst

Balanced Body is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Logistics team. This position will report to the ERP Manager and be responsible for assisting business teams with implementations, upgrades, and developments of business applications and other integrated technology. They will work closely with our internal Business Intelligence team, IT contractors, and other outside resources to ensure that Finance & Operations needs are addressed in said developments.

• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT & Tech teams;
• Become a super user of Microsoft Business Central (BC);
• Assist in UAT of solutions from a Finance & Operations perspective;
• Assist internal and external IT & Tech teams in updating applications and integrations;
• Take internal lead on BC related integration updates;
• Assist with implementation of Shopify websites addressing Finance & Operations needs/impacts;
• Work cross-functionally to assist developing business and production reports and dashboards;
• Perform other duties as required to meet company needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience with ERP systems and related integrations (super user experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience working inter-departmentally with all levels of a company;
• Experience launching new functionality and training of related user group
• Finance and/or Operations experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of programs;
• Exceptional verbal, written and interactive communication skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Positive attitude and everyday commitment to constant change and growth.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 5:00PM. Schedule will be assigned prior to start.
