• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking, and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating successful follow-through on deliverables
• Utilize agency management systems such as Applied Epic to facilitate processes

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Proven experience in follow-through on deliverables in a professional setting
• Familiarity with agency management and related systems

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
• Additional certifications or training relevant to the insurance industry
