System Administrator

LHH is looking for a System Administrator to oversee and maintain server, hardware, and communication systems to ensure strong performance, security, and reliability. This role recommends and implements infrastructure improvements and manages IT vendor relationships.

• Monitor and respond to security, performance, and system alerts, documenting actions taken.
• Manage support requests, resolve common issues, and maintain clear documentation.
• Install, update, and maintain server and communication hardware/software, including system configurations.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure/Entra, SSO, Conditional Access, and AD Connect.
• Administer and maintain security solutions.
• Manage network components including SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Ensure backups are functioning, perform disaster recovery tests, and document outcomes.
• Support leadership with data collection, security tasks, and risk assessments.

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services required.
• Preferred experience with Forcepoint, Cisco firewalls/VPN, Velocloud, LANSweeper, Endpoint Central, and Crowd Strike.
