What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI semantic models using optimized star-schema structures
• Build advanced DAX measures and calculations aligned to standardized KPIs and business definitions
• Tune and optimize datasets, reports, and row-level security to ensure performance and scalability
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to translate business requirements into technical model designs
• Document models and promote governance standards to support a reliable and reusable BI environment

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or analytics-focused roles with strong Power BI data modeling expertise
• Advanced DAX skills, including time intelligence, calculated tables, and performance optimization techniques
• Hands-on SQL experience for querying, transformation, and large dataset analysis
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling principles, including fact and dimension design
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
