Responsibilities also include maintaining work habits managing reoccurring tasks with occasional problem solving and testing windows and enterprise platforms including databases services and data extracts.

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

• Experience in testing database components
• Experience utilizing and applying industry best practices in application testing methodologies
• Experience Analyzing design documentation and requirements; identifying gaps in design and business requirements
• Experience designing logical test plans, writing and executing test scripts and completing follow‑up results documentation
• Knowledge of testing Franchise Tax Board (FTB) tax systems and/or similar integrated applications utilizing IBM Database 2 (DB2), SQL Server, Java/Pega, Webservice calls
• Experience using testing tools such as Azure Dev Ops for tracking system changes and defects/bugs, and Ready API for API (Application Programming Interface) testing
• Experience analyzing and creating data formatted in XML (Extensible Markup Language)
• Experience analyzing and creating data formatted in JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
• Experience writing and executing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries to identify specific data conditions
• Experience creating testing procedures and How To documentation.
• Experience training new hires
