Job Description & DutiesUnder the general direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II performs analysis of program statistics related to general county-reported data, prepares performance trend analyses, ad‑hoc statistical reports, and reviews the consistency and accuracy of data submitted by the counties. The Analyst II is responsible for determining data reliability, consistency and accuracy of data submitted by the counties, developing statewide and county data collection methodology, and providing backup support as needed for the maintenance of the statewide system.
WorkingConditions
- Standard office workspace in a 2‑story building; requires prolonged sitting, computer use, document review, and meetings.
- Occasional travel to off‑site meetings, conferences, or training.
- Hybrid work schedule: two onsite days per week at Rancho Cordova headquarters (use of hot‑lending).
- Fast‑paced environment requiring flexibility, time‑management, and prioritization.
