Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I), the Information Technology Supervisor II oversees the Design Solutions Unit within the Innovative Design Section of the Application Development and Testing Branch in the Technology Services Division (TSD) at the Department of Child Support Services. The Design Solutions Unit is a team of UX/UI Designers committed to fostering innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.
The unit partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design intuitive, human-centered solutions that align with business objectives and improve service delivery. The IT Supervisor II oversees workload and provides supervision and leadership to ensure the team delivers solutions that are usable, accessible, and efficient across all application development efforts.
