We are seeking a Service Now Technical Architect to lead platform design, development, and integrations while ensuring scalability and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Now platform upgrades, maintenance, and cross-platform integrations.
- Design and implement enterprise IT projects, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Partner with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Service Now solutions.
- Drive adoption of new Service Now features (App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, Flow Designer).
- Develop technical specifications, architecture documentation, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years as a Service Now Technical Architect/Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile.
- Proficiency in REST API, MID Server integrations, custom spokes, and advanced scripting.
- Service Now certifications: CSA, CAD, CTA.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Mid-Senior level
