Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows; recommend and design improvements.
- Partner with architects, developers, Dev Ops, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support project planning, implementation, testing (functional, regression, UAT), and releases.
- Lead UAT activities and ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met.
- Provide end-user support, training, and post-release assistance.
- Support data integration, reporting, and dashboards for business insights.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (SOX, PCI-DSS).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with low-code platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and modern Dev Ops practices.
- Agile certifications preferred (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe).
