Enterprise Systems and Project Support Analyst
Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager, the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) provides enterprise-level system support and project management assistance within the Project Management Branch. The incumbent supports State Agile teams and enterprise initiatives through business and system analysis, testing, Agile team support, project coordination, and system configuration support for the Department of Cannabis Control’s licensing and compliance systems, as well as other enterprise systems as needed.
The incumbent contributes to successful system implementations, operational stability, and continuous process improvement while ensuring alignment with state policies, governance standards, and Agile delivery practices.
